You have a meeting at the start to make sure everything is ok and then are sent weekly reminders for each lesson. She is flexible with times and can always fit you in for another session if need be. Jess has been amazing tutoring my Y11 daughter into her exams. Not being a fan of maths, my daughter sometimes struggled with confidence.
