Kip McGrath Education Centre Gorseinon

Kip McGrath Gorseinon offers professional maths and English tuition in Swansea, covering reading and comprehension, writing and spelling, for pupils of all levels and ages. Following a free assessment, an individual education programme is created for each child, drawing on a variety of resources and activities suited to their learning style.

Tutoring is conducted at a purpose-designed education centre by qualified and experienced teachers, as part of the Kip McGrath Education Centres franchise, founded in 1976 in Australia.

Gorseinon’s Kip McGrath centre is described by two families who each saw a marked change in a secondary school pupil’s confidence and results in maths. One account concerns a son who had fallen well behind and had lost belief in his ability with numbers; contact was made, a slot was booked, and the tutor’s support helped him pass his GCSE numeracy.

The other relates to a fifteen-year-old granddaughter who had given up on the subject and developed a mental block around it, yet went on to pass two maths GCSEs in under twelve months, with the online lessons suited to the family. Rebuilt self-belief and the encouragement of the teaching staff are central to both accounts, which end in passes at GCSE level.
