What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A parent of a GCSE maths pupil describes Angharad, named as the tutor, as patient, clear and genuinely engaging, noting that their son's confidence grew weekly and that he came to enjoy the lessons. That account also expresses gratitude for the support received.
The second review concerns a pupil who had struggled with the GCSE curriculum and received a grade D, four marks below a C, before being accepted onto a college course and resitting maths in November; that parent wishes the tutoring had been found sooner. Both accounts relate to GCSE maths preparation and a resit, and both centre on the tutoring manner and the progress made by the pupils involved.

I only wish we had found you earlier. We struggled through the GCSE curriculum with our child but fully expected them to come out with a grade C. Unfortunately this did not happen and regretfully they received a D, 4 marks off a C grade. We didn't know if college would now accept them onto their desired course and it was a difficult time. Luckily college accepted them and they were able to resit their maths in November as they were only 4 marks away. This is when we found Angharad. Apart from the weekly sessions she was on hand via email when they struggled with their revision. The confidence pur child had going into rhe resit was wonderful to see. Thank you for your patience and confidence you had in our child. We have two others approaching GSCE age and we will be calling you a lot sooner next time.
Angharad has been a brilliant GCSE maths tutor for my son - patient, clear, and genuinely engaging. His confidence grew every week, and he actually enjoyed the lessons, which says everything. We're extremely grateful for Angharad's support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional maths tuition.
