You have a meeting at the start to make sure everything is ok and then are sent weekly reminders for each lesson. She is flexible with times and can always fit you in for another session if need be. Jess has been absolutely brilliant. She articulates complex concepts clearly and makes learning highly accessible. When my son transitioned from the GCSE Foundation to the Higher tier paper, he found the academic leap overwhelming. Jess was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of her, and she has completely exceeded our expectations. She has an exceptional way of engaging with a 16-year-old; she listens intently, encourages them, and treats them with adult respect. Jess quickly identifies any gaps in understanding and adjusts her approach instantly. The pacing of her lessons is perfect—productive without being intensely overwhelming. Jess has been amazing tutoring my Y11 daughter into her exams. Not being a fan of maths, my daughter sometimes struggled with confidence. Jess made her feel comfortable and able to understand questions she often struggled with. It has increased her confidence in herself and she looked forward to each session with Jess. It has definitely been an advantage going into GCSEs and I cannot thank and recommend Jess enough
Jess has been an excellent maths tutor for my son, who is just about to start his GCSEs. Since working with Jess, Joe has improved by two grades, and his confidence in maths has grown hugely.
