Nicky B-R has been an exemplary tutor for our son. She is an extremely experienced 11+ tutor, and is kind and fun. She has guided our son step-by-step through the difficult task of 11+ preparation. As my daughter’s 11+ tutoring comes to a close, in preparation for her formal exam in Sep. For her, it has been an exceptional experience, supported by an ‘exceptional’ educator. Her metrics and statistics of pass rates speak for themselves, but the true separator is the nurturing, coaching, mentoring and methods that she uses for all her students that come to her door. As a parent I have always been informed of what the process is for the mocks, exams and the how to apply for grammar school. According to my daughter, a very professional lady, providing a well balanced teaching environment coupled with learning and fun. “She makes the 11+ amazing” from Daisy 😊😊 A great classroom/tutoring station and facility. We have been overwhelmingly impressed by the quality of tuition our son has received from Nicky this year, and the accelerated progress he has made as a result. Nicky has delivered the highest quality learning opportunities at her Tutor Station; always in a supportive, fun and friendly small-group environment which has enabled our son to feel confident and able to achieve. Nicky has kept us fully informed about our child’s progress with detailed reports at the end of each term and has been incredibly supportive throughout the year. She is a wonderfully caring, kind and enthusiastic teacher, with an amazing knowledge of how best children learn; we can’t recommend her highly enough!

Nicky has tutored both our children through the 11+. We have been blown away with her kindness and support. Nicky has a warm way of connecting with the children and building their confidence. The small groups ensure all learn at pace and no one is left behind. Sessions are carefully planned with a week by week focus according to the 11+ curriculum and the tutor station is a perfect set up for the learning in small groups; well equipped with all essentials such as whiteboard, projector, ample space for comfortable learning and resources for further support - Nicky would let them borrow books and additional material should they wish to. Key for us was Nicky’s flexibility in offering a choice of days and times, plus the opportunity to catch up if sessions were missed. We can’t thank you enough, Nicky!

My daughter has just finished her year with Nicky and she's been excellent from day one. She has a genuine empathy with her pupils and they get real quality and guidance when it comes to preparation for the 11+. Highly recommend
