Stoke-on-Trent families describe Cleverclogs Professional Tutoring as a tuition centre where children are welcomed into what several parents call a family atmosphere. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the quality of teaching across maths, English and the sciences, with pupils preparing for GCSEs, SATs and high school entrance tests. Progress is a recurring theme: parents note improvements in maths skills, growing confidence and successful exam results, including one daughter passing her entrance test. Named tutors such as Farhana and Emily are praised for listening to children, adapting to their needs and meeting additional requests, while the manager is described as professional and approachable.

Lessons are interactive, with individual spaces and classes arranged so that each student receives attention. Communication comes up often, with parents feeling able to discuss concerns openly and seeing tutors genuinely care about their children. One parent whose child struggled with maths credits the centre with helping them pass. Children themselves are said to look forward to sessions, and families with several children attending over the years speak of consistent support from qualified, experienced staff.
