Cambridge Tutoring

Would highly recommend Cambridge tutoring. They supplied us with a Fantastic math tutor, my sons gcse grades and confidence in maths has exceeded my expectations. My son found the lessons fun, constructive and and explained in ways he would understand.

Maths tutor for my son was excellent and gave him so much confidence going into exams. My son really enjoyed his lessons. Thank you.

One Star (and that’s far too kind) This tutor is an embarrassment to any tutoring company that claims to help students succeed. We hired him to improve our son’s academic performance. Instead, since tutoring began, our son’s test scores have dropped by many marks on every single test. Not once did we see improvement. Not even stability. Only consistent decline. Every session left our son more confused, more frustrated, and less confident. Explanations were unclear, basics were either skipped or misunderstood, and there was no sense of structure, strategy, or competence. Whatever the tutor was doing, it had the opposite of the intended effect. This wasn’t just a waste of money — it was educational damage. We paid for tutoring and ended up having to undo the confusion afterward. Watching your child fall behind because of someone you trusted to help is infuriating. If this is the standard of tutoring being offered, it’s honestly alarming. She should not be teaching anyone, and no parent who values their child’s education should make the mistake we did. Avoid completely.

Mark did a great job in supporting my daughter with her science gcse. The process was really quick and simple to set up and pay for the sessions.

Knowledgeable tutors who truly care about my child's academic success!

My daughter’s tutor (Stanley) was amazing and I thank him very much for coaching my daughter, as she was able to use all the skills he taught her and passed her 11+ entrance exam to The Perse.

Gill is great! Challenges my son in interesting and engaging way. He is more confident and really looking forward to his lessons.
