Maths Mentoring

Said is an incredible tutor! Before having lessons with him, I was predicted a C in Maths, but with his guidance I ended up achieving an A in my A Level results. What made his teaching effective was that he focused on developing a strong foundation and understanding in Maths - helping me tackle more unfamiliar exam questions. He taught me the importance of consistent practice, while also encouraging me to analyse and understand my mistakes, even when they seemed like “silly” mistakes. This helped me a lot when identifying my weaknesses and become more confident subject. If you are looking for a tutor who invests in their students’ progress and is committed to helping them reach their full potential, I would highly recommend him!

Said is amazing and helped me go from a C to A* (with a lot of time reading his feedback and doing past papers of course). He is friendly and supportive would definitely recommend to anyone who’s determined to get an A*!

Said is a great mentor as he was able to answer any questions I had and taught me easier ways to go about difficult topics. He ensured that I saw him every week before my exam so that I was confident in my abilities and on results day I was able to achieve two grades higher than my predicted.

said is a very good maths tutor, with helpful one on one support. i was struggling in yr12 but by my a-levels i was comfortable and happy again with the subject. he really motivates you to do work and even helps you balance between subjects so that you can excel in all of them, would highly recommend. :)

At first i didn't feel like i was going to pass maths at all with the skills i had back in year 10 but when i saw that i was improving and getting better at answering difficult questions, i believed that i can achieve what i wanted and needed to continue my education. That was all because of Said! He helped me improve my maths skills and taught me everything that i needed for my GCSE's. There were moments where i didn't understand a question and he would explain it so easily that i fully understood it, which challenged me to have a go at similar questions. Said is not only an amazing teacher but i consider him as a best friend, we laughed together and made many happy memories. He gave me the confidence to walk into that exam hall and try the best that i could. I can't recommend Said enough, he is just a brilliant amazing mentor that gives you the knowledge you need to do amazingly on the exams. Thank you for everything Said!
