My son’s confidence grew by attending Kip McGrath and attending their lessons he got the grades he needed. He says the way they showed him and explained things helped him a lot and he was able to remember this in exams.
We sent my son to Kip McGrath as we felt he lacked confidence in Maths and wasn't able to reach his potential in his school Maths lessons. His confidence and results improved very quickly. He was able to get his head down and learn with appropriate support from Jane and Andy. Jane always reminded us each week that he had a lesson and was flexible when we needed it too. My son did well in his Maths GCSE and achieved what he needed to go on to study his chosen college course, which I doubt would have happened without Jane and Andy's support. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kip McGrath North Derby again in future if our daughter needs extra tuition and would absolutely recommend them to others too.
Very impressed with Kip McGrath. We used them for maths tuition and my daughter found it helpful and learnt more from Andy than she did at school. Would definitely recommend.
My Daughter started at Kip Mcgrath North in Year 10, she was getting 1's & 2's. In her mocks she got a 2, with the caring tutoring of Andy she got a 5 in her GCSE'S and I couldn't be prouder, Thankyou ever so much for giving Alyssa the confidence she needed where school was failing her in maths. Even though Andy knew she was capable he worked with her & explained things in a lot more detail where school didn't. Thankyou :)
My daughter has received a glowing school report card for the first time in years since starting at this centre. I’m so grateful and thankful for the work you have done . I highly recommend!
When my autistic daughter started at Kip McGrath Derby North in year 9, her maths was right down at a year 3 level. Under Jane, Andy and the teams careful tutoring she is now about to take her GCSEs, is working at the year 11 level she should be, and is looking set to achieve her pass grades. Besides the excellent teaching they have provided, they have also nurtured her emotionally and mentally and have really become a safe space that she has been happy and comfortable to go to every week. No words can ever express how grateful I am to them for all their care and hard work, and I will never forget the way they have helped shape my daughters academic life for the better.
my grandaughter goes here and ive noticed growth in her confidence , thanks kip mcgrath i would recomend to anyone.
