Tutors & Exams Newcastle

Tutors & Exams Ltd is a family-owned company founded in 2014 by Jenny & Chris Spraggett. The company is headquartered in Coventry. Its exam centres serve 63% of the UK adult population. The company has over 100 years of collective experience in the education sector.

It can assess over 95% of A Level and GCSE specifications offered by Awarding Organisations. All centre colleagues hold enhanced DBS status. The company partners with Schools and Science Labs to deliver A Level Science CPACs. It offers exam administration and links to private tuition providers.

Tutors & Exams Newcastle operates from Delta Bank Road in Gateshead, offering exam-sitting facilities alongside tuition, based on the single review currently available for the business. That review describes a positive experience sitting AAT accountancy examinations at the centre, with staff described as courteous and helpful throughout the visit and the atmosphere in the exam room described as pleasant and well suited to sitting a formal assessment. No further detail on tutoring subjects, additional exam boards or age groups served is available from the review on file.

The centre's listed opening hours run on weekdays only, from half past eight in the morning until half past four in the afternoon, with slightly earlier closing on Fridays, and it is closed over the weekend. Given the very limited number of reviews, this account should be read as a single data point rather than a broad picture of the service, though the details given are specific and consistent with a dedicated exam centre rather than a general tutoring practice.
