I have worked as a Tutor for over a year and I cannot sing the praises of this job enough. The Tutor Trusts' ethos and the magnitude of their impact is truly admirable. It's a job with instant reward - seeing the students' gain confidence academically and personally through the aid of your teaching is a beautiful feeling. It's rare for me to have found a part-time job that is so flexible and understanding of my other University commitments, but also one that pays so well! You really feel like a valued employee and the support from all the staff is wonderful!

Working for the Tutor Trust as a primary school tutor has been the best experience. Helping underprivileged children build their confidence in English and Maths is just brilliant to see, and great to be a part of. The Tutor Trust is flexible work and fits perfectly round university studies. As well as being great in school experience if you are hoping to become a teacher one day! I would recommend this job to anyone who is a hard worker, respectable, kind and has the urge to help young people.

I have worked as a Primary tutor for The Tutor Trust since the start of 2021, whilst at uni in Manchester and I love it! The whole ethos of the charity is amazing, and it's so rewarding to be working in a job where you're really making a difference. All the staff are lovely and supportive and I couldn't praise The Tutor Trust highly enough as both a charity and employer.

Working for the Tutor Trust has been an excellent experience that has enabled me to expand my skills of organisation, preparation and patience. Through the detailed training programme, I was well supported in learning how to prepare both English and Maths lessons for Primary tuition as well as AP/LAC tuition. The working hours are flexible as tutors are able to select which tuition assignments they apply for, and some assignments are also online. All members of staff are incredibly supportive and encouraging, which has allowed me to maximise my success as a tutor.

Working for The Tutor Trust is the best job I ever had. They are an amazing company that does important work transforming young people's lives. You do not need previous teaching or tutoring experience to work for The Tutor Trust, as the staff are absolutely fantastic and supportive, and there are many training courses made available to turn you into the best tutor you can be. It's so great to be a part of something meaningful and rewarding while earning a living.

I’ve been working as a Secondary English Tutor at The Tutor Trust for nearly a year and it has been such a rewarding role. As a student, the excellent pay and flexible hours were perfect for my hectic schedule during the final year of my university studies. The assignments offered to tutors are varied and accessible, and the staff have great communication and offer support on assignments and valuable feedback on lesson plans. There are also plentiful opportunities for career development, such as the Advanced Tutor Pathway, Brand Ambassador work and great links with TeachFirst. I can’t recommend working for The Tutor Trust enough to my course mates, friends and family.

I have been working at The Tutor Trust as a secondary tutor for coming up 2 years now and have not once had any issue working here. The team are lovely and welcoming and the benefits working for an educational charity extend the pay. I have found the role to be a very rewarding one.
