For one-to-one tutoring, a personal tutor travels to the student at a convenient time and location; online tutoring is also offered, with tutors sending a Zoom or Teams link for lessons.

Swindon Tutors is described by parents as a service that rebuilt both grades and confidence in the pupils it taught. Jubin, named repeatedly in accounts, is praised for the detail and patience he brought to explaining difficult material in maths, physics and biology. More than one review highlights that the sessions were shaped around each learner's weak points, with work on 11+ entrance exams, GCSEs and A levels matched to what the pupil actually needed.

A father whose son attended secondary school in Gloucester credits two years of maths tuition with improved results as the boy prepared for his exams, while another family speaks of how the service itself helped them locate someone suitable. The encouragement pupils received alongside the teaching is a point that comes up often, with children said to grow in self-belief as understanding improved, and one daughter is described as liking the way topics were broken down in such careful detail. Business skills and A level biology preparation are also among the results mentioned.
