Luke is one of the best tutors - I would even go as far as to say the best tutor that money can buy. He is worth every penny and more, considering the amount of time, effort and support he has dedicated to all my revision sessions, as well as the extra work he puts in outside of those sessions to prepare revision materials tailored to my learning style. He is an absolutely amazing tutor, and I am incredibly grateful to have had the privilege of being one of his students. He listens carefully, takes his time and explains everything clearly and precisely. I found the content I needed to learn for my exams much easier to understand and everything felt far more straightforward when Luke was teaching it. With Luke’s help and guidance, I successfully passed my final two exams of the Bar course. I genuinely do not believe I could have achieved this without him. Luke has an amazing tutor and guide for my daughter and us as parents. Under his tutelage my daughter secured offers from 4 grammar schools including Henrietta Barnett School, whilst at another grammar school she was placed 6th out of 250 candidates. We also secured a place at SPGS. The 11+ preparations are stressful indeed with lack of information on what to prepare for and Luke really takes it off our mind. He is very thorough during the classes, breaks down tough questions into easy to understand blocks and during feedback provides a clear picture of how the child is progressing. He was also instrumental in ensuring my daughter improved in creative writing. Very happy with Luke and lucky to be preparing with him. Highly recommend!

Luke assessed my ten year old and she has never been more engaged. It took 2.5hrs and very thorough however she remained focus (first time ever) and beaming at the end. Luke then took the time to debrief, explain everything in his approach and the right tailored approach. The follow-ups were prompt and very clear. Follow-up review: my daughter has received offers to her favourite schools for the 11+ (some we never thought she’d get in) which includes some of the best boarding schools in the UK. He also really helped build her confidence and found the right way to engage and explain things to her. He has now started helping my other daughter . Couldn’t recommend more highly

Over the past 8 months, I have had the privilege of being taught Civil and Criminal Litigation by Luke and I can say with complete confidence that he is an exceptional tutor. The Bar course is notoriously taught in an overly complicated and overwhelming manner but Luke has a rare ability to take what once felt like an impossible course for me to understand and break it down into clear, simple and manageable concepts. What sets Luke apart is not just his depth of knowledge but his gift for articulation. He can explain complex and technical topics in a concise and straightforward way without ever missing key details. His teaching has transformed areas of the course that once felt like “rocket science” into subjects I now genuinely understand and feel confident with. Luke is also very patient, supportive and attentive to the individual needs of his students. As someone with ADHD, I’ve found his style to be incredibly accessible and accommodating. He adapts his approach to suit the way his students learn best, making sure nothing feels overwhelming or too complicated. Overall from my sessions with Luke, it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his students progress and success. He goes beyond simply teaching the material, he invests in making sure his students truly understand it.
