Matt is a excellent teacher and has greatly aided my academic journey. He has helped me immensley with my maths skills and I have improved alot since I first started with him. He has helped me in both maths and physics from Nat 5 to Higher and Advanced higher maths. Not only are his lessons extremley beneficial and educational but also very enjoyable. He has also helped me with maths outside of the school curriculum aswell.
I can’t recommend Matt’s tutoring services enough having supported my child through higher maths to an A grade. He was able to support and explain throughout the course.
Matt has been tutoring Holly for 2 years .Very good, helped her get an A at national 5, will definitely be using him for higher, would highly recommend
Matt has been great in helping my son understand & enjoy Maths. The improvement thanks to Matt's time & patience has been wonderful to see. Would highly recommend if your child is struggling with Maths or just needs help cementing in what they are being taught in school.
We cannot recommend Matt highly enough! He is such an expert in Maths! Very professional and gives great advice. Matt tutored my daughter for the Nat5 Maths exam and she says everything seems so easy when he explains it. My daughter went into the exam with so much confidence thanks to Matt, I can honestly say he made a big impact and really cannot thank him enough! Sandra Albano
Matt tutored my daughter for 10 weeks prior to her taking her Nat5 Exam. She had been struggling in her class due to not understanding her teacher and had lost all confidence in her ability. Matt explained and revised the topics in a clear patient manner - I sat in the first session and was able to understand despite not doing maths for years! My daughter was very happy after sitting the exam - a massive difference from sitting the prelim previously. Thanks again Matt!
Matt has helped my daughter greatly with her maths since S3. She got A for maths in National 5. Before S3, she was not confident and placed at the lowest set (lowest set itself is not a problem but it dented her confidence) and struggled to apply problem solving. Having a 1-2-1 tutoring with Matt, she had to explain her thinking which helped consolidating her learning. Matt is patient with her and really engaging. They built a good relationship and therefore felt comfortable to make mistakes and learning from them. Overall, Matt has been instrumental in helping her achieving good results and confidence that she can do it.
