Kip McGrath Bristol North - English and Maths Tuition

Delighted with the progress my son has made at Kip McG Downend, Jay and the team are fantastic, they really take the time to understand the children's needs and support them so well! Thank you team, can't recommend highly enough!

I took my 6 year old for maths assessment, Jay was the person who took the assessment he was very friendly and good with kids. After some questions he assessed her and made a summary. He was very honest he advised me she was on track with her maths and she didnt need any extra support. I was so grateful to hear she was doing well, Jay was honest and straight forward. I recommend this centre very friendly and honest.

My daughter went to Kip for both Maths and English in year 11 to help boost her confidence and her grades. All the tutors she had were brilliant with her and the support she was given enabled her to reach her full potential and grow massively in confidence. They provided clear explanations and taught her more than she’d covered in school. She moved up a grade in maths and 3 grades in the english exams gaining 7,8,9 - thank you so much for your support!

We were incredibly impressed with the service offered by the team and how hard they worked to make our daughter feel at ease. We came to tutoring late, but Marcia was great with our daughter, working on what strategies could work for her in the exam (English GCSE), and what the questions were actually asking! She built up her confidence hugely and she went into the exam actually believing that she could get a decent grade. Cannot recommend the team enough.

The staff have been very supportive during my son's time with Kip McGrath in Downend. His confidence has grown and he has gained a lot from his weekly sessions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to give their child a bit of help in a subject they aren't confident in.

I would highly recommend Kip McGrath Bristol North. Jay and his team are lovely and their systems are very easy to work with. It took a while for my child who has ASD and suffers with anxiety to build up the courage to have a maths tutor leading up to GSCE's as she wanted to surpass her expected grades. Kirsty her tutor has been amazing for her this last 6 months really building her confidence in general, and her maths has really come along. Now we just have to wait for her exam results!

My son was assessed as missing key stage 2 in maths when he started secondary (terrible primary). So glad I sent him to Kip McGrath. Very caring and supportive. Sure that he's better prepared for his GCSE this summer thanks to them.
