Unprofessional behaviour from staff, one in particular called Anis. Other tutors are good and well trained, but only if you're lucky! They not only want to control your money but your childrens timetables, well, that money hungry man. No professionalism, compromise and clear cut favouritism amongst different families. Younger sister needs to cut a subject due to clash with school timetables but would like to keep the subject she needs most help with, along with this she is currently having some health issues yet there is no compromise. This guy ‘Anis’ says either you stay completely for both subjects or leave, we understand that this is a business yet, where is the care? This man loveeeees his money. Receptionists say one thing and Anis says another, no key t&c’s explained when we started and now they suddenly want to mention it all. Again, if a student is struggling to balance things, aren’t you meant to help find a middle ground? Her GCSE’s are just around the corner and Anis has stressed us out and we will most likely need to find a new tuition one month before her GCSE’s, this truly is disgusting from him. Also had a situation with him in the past where he refused to speak to me on the phone as my younger sister had been forced into detention for 5 minutes of lateness even though she had left on time. I had asked them to let her off especially as the new road area is unsafe (hence why I'll be picking her up soon as it's dark short days) and as there have been multiple cases of assault on new road in the past & problems l've also endured in that area, more of a reason to let young girls go on time as it's already dark especially if it’s only 5 or so minutes lateness! But instead Anis refused to speak on the phone. My sister kept asking him as I was on the call to take the phone to talk to me, but Anis was nodding his head no. Who are they hiring? Children? I've never had to deal with grown adults who are too scared to answer the phone. Disgusting behaviour, I pray for the childrens safety because clearly these people do not. Some of the tutors are great but they need to get rid of some, they're letting this place down heavily. -Students sister who no, you won’t find on the system so report all you like, this is all simply the truth. Parents, I urge you to find another tuition centre which prioritises your kids education and health over money, jzk.
The tuition Excell tutors is the best tuition out of all tuition out all tuition I have went to. They gave me extra care and lots of support to my child miymuna and mahdin .thanks

Really good tuition centre, improved my grades quite a bit. I went from 7s and 8s to grade 9s in school mocks. Great tutors and teaching methods.
