Ben has been an excellent tutor for National 5 physics. My daughter ‘crashed’ this course in S4, not having done it at all in S3. She went from feeling really lost and lacking in confidence, with a grade of 17% in her first class test to having much more faith in herself and actually having an understanding of the topics. Her class teacher actually wasn’t sure the course was for her to begin with. However I am delighted that she has achieved a B in her final exam which she is really happy about and has decided to go on and take physics at Higher. Ben had a great manner and my daughter felt he explained things in a way that helped her understand the physics behind concepts, particularly as she struggled with the wording for written answers. His lessons were always well-planned but not completely rigid, with flexibility in going over topics my daughter was struggling with or just wanted to go over again. From a practical point of view Ben was always accommodating, and his communication was excellent re lesson times etc, answering all emails promptly. Hoping he can help my daughter to achieve a good result in Higher too!

Great experience with Ben helped me so much. Took me from working to a D in higher maths at Christmas time to achieving an A in the final exam. Great guy and would definitely reccomend.
