Tutor Doctor Leeds-northwest

Very poor service from Michael and tutordoctor north west. Doesn't reply to messages, doesn't provide invoices or account statements, impossible to get hold off. The tutor they provided was great and has made a big difference. Unfortunately woeful administration means we may lose our tutor and need to start again because problems extend to looking after their staff too, not just their customers. Avoid.

Really Unprofessional Spoke with Mike for an initial consultation which was really positive- he said he’d could arrange suitable tutoring within the week. After two weeks I’d had no responses to my emails or texts. I therefore posted a negative review. Almost immediately Mike messaged me to apologise. He stated he’d been really busy trying to arrange tutors. He asked if I would remove my review and then we could move forward positively. I decided to give him a chance. I removed my review and said I looked forward to hearing from him soon. Guess what…? Another week has passed and no further contact from him! That’s three weeks wasted waiting on Mike. I find this unprofessional, rude and would certainly not recommend. I’ve since heard from other parents who’ve had the same experience.

Huge thank you to Michael at Tutor Doctor and Adam the tutor my son was assigned. Engaging in your services without doubt made a massive difference. Would highly recommend. Thank you again :)

Our Tutor Neko was great she fitted in extra sessions running up to the exams and was very helpful and supportive in sessions. My daughter received a better grade than she was predicted and I can credit that due to her own hard work and the great support of the tutor.

I would highly recommend using this team. The teacher my granddaughter had was amazing. He quickly worked out the areas she needed extra support in and gave her the confidence she was lacking. I can't thank the team enough. Harvey was so patient, thank you all again.

Mike worked closely with us on finding excellent tutord for our GCSE-level child who needed long-term home tuition as a result of illness. Mike was especially helpful in supporting the long and difficult EHCP process. He took time to understand our specific individual situation and was very aware of the need to find the right tutore to fit our needs.
