Mathnasium of South Kensington

We have registered our daughter @ Mathnasium in August 25 and ended our membership in April 26. From a relative below-average starting point - we had some need for catchup in certain areas -, we completed the curriculum 2 months ahead of the year-end. I strongly recommend Mathnasium South Kensington. Program articulates from an initial assessment around topics, which, once being completed lead to the final assessment. Depending on the school your child is at, their way of teaching, the learning content even will almost certainly complement the school program. Most likely it will support parents who are not always available. We found that the learning at school in maths Our daughter needed support to get ready for year 3, caught up, carried on with topics for the curriculum to finish with an above-average grade at the year-end report at school. Mathnasium South Ken makes learning fun, it proved very efficient in our case with a child finishing with an above-average performance in the year-end report. Specifically we found that Mathnasium is most efficient for 8-10 months period - depending how quickly the child will progress - to perhaps come back later. You will keep the motivation alive that way. In addition it would be good to see some booking system in order not to overpopulate the most obvious slots. Well done for opening sessions in the weekend... Great staff, thank you Nick J. for delivering an almost tailor-made mentoring despite the growing number of joiners.

Since we joined Mathnasium in April 2025, I have seen such a great improvement in my daughter’s understanding of maths. It has helped her build a strong foundation and supported her as she moves up to the next levels. Nick and his team are wonderful—always so patient and able to explain things in a simple way that she can grasp straight away. She loves going there and leaves motivated to do better every time.

When I first heard about Mathnasium, I was very hesitant to enroll my kids. I wasn’t sure if an after-school math club would really make a difference—but after three months, I can confidently say it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Not only have both my kids learned a tremendous amount, but what truly surprised me is how much they love going. They look forward to their sessions so much! While Mathnasium’s teaching method is clearly effective, I believe the real magic lies in the environment. The atmosphere is warm, positive, and supportive. Nick, who leads the center, pours so much care and heart into everything, and it shows. The tutors are always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. Another thing I appreciate is the regular assessments, either weekly or biweekly—which help track my kids’ progress. It gives me peace of mind to know they’re not just enjoying themselves but also improving and growing academically. If you’re on the fence like I was, (for almost 1 year) I highly recommend giving Mathnasium a try. It’s been a great!!

I can't speak highly enough of Mathnasium and the incredible impact it has had on my 9-year-old son's math skills. Since September, when he was struggling at the bottom level in math, he's not only improved significantly, but he's now performing at the top level in school. This transformation is all thanks to the amazing and dedicated team, led by Nick, who have worked tirelessly with my son. Their commitment is truly commendable. Attending Mathnasium three days a week has been a game-changer for us. I'm so grateful for the positive and supportive environment they provide
