Liverpool parents whose children attend Jo&Me Ltd describe an educational platform where pupils settle quickly and make visible academic progress. Families of a Year 4 child speak warmly of the standard of teaching, noting that lessons are delivered in a creative way so that learning feels engaging rather than a chore. One thing mentioned again and again is the breadth of subjects covered within a single arrangement, with English, maths and science taught together in one-hour sessions held three days a week.

Various customers describe the cost as reasonable for three subjects, and one parent reports that a daughter's performance improved across the board, particularly in mathematics, after only a month. The ability to study from a comfortable setting recurs in the accounts, valued especially by working parents who had found offline tuition difficult to manage. Greater confidence and motivation since joining are mentioned as noticeable changes. Jo, who leads the classes, is named by parents, alongside the wider teaching team, and families express satisfaction with the experience and say they would share it with others.
