Tuition for school-age children across subjects including mathematics, delivered through an after-school programme, is the service that families in Havant describe when discussing this learning centre. A recurring theme in feedback is the academic progress children make, with parents noting improved confidence in maths, stronger results at school and grades that exceeded earlier expectations. Several reviewers describe the supportive and careful approach of staff, and one names Suzanne, crediting her with taking time to understand a child, building skills at a manageable pace and laying foundations that support home education across every subject.

The friendly manner of the teachers comes up often, as does the enjoyment children take from lessons, with one parent reporting that a child learns through play and finds understanding easier as a result. Communication is praised, both before sessions and in general dealings with the centre, and the service is described as one families would use again and would recommend to others. Progress is reported to continue over years of attendance, with more than one child in the same family benefiting. Parents also note that children look forward to sessions and would take every subject there if possible.
