As a parent, I’m very happy with the 11 Plus tuition my child received. Mr Parekh and Miss Noor were amazing and engaging, making the lessons enjoyable while still focused and productive. They explained concepts clearly and gave plenty of practice in maths, English, and reasoning. Over time, I could see my child becoming much more confident and comfortable with exam-style questions. The regular practice and helpful feedback made a big difference to their progress. Thanks to their support and guidance, my child got into their desired school. I would highly recommend Mr Parekh and Miss Noor to any parents looking for supportive and effective 11 Plus tuition.
I honestly can’t thank Educational Tutoring Services enough! Three of my girls have got into grammar school thanks to their amazing support and guidance. The tutors are so patient, friendly, and genuinely care about helping each child reach their full potential. My daughters loved coming here every week — the lessons were engaging and really boosted their confidence. The mock exams and feedback were brilliant and helped them feel fully prepared for the real test. I’m so grateful for all the encouragement and hard work from the whole team. If you’re in the Walsall area and looking for 11+ support, I couldn’t recommend Educational Tutoring Services more!
My 2 son has attended ETS for 11plus preparation and both have performed exceptional.
ETS has a sound 11+ mock system that indicates your child's strengths & weaknesses. I used this mock system 4 months before the exam. The feedback was comprehensive. So much so that I asked ETS to take on my child & provide him the further help needed to take him up to the exam. Before the mock, my son reported finding nonverbal reasoning challenging. After 2 sessions with Mr Parekh my son said: " Am now finding nonverbal reasoning very easy, thanks to Mr Parekh. He doesn't just tell you the answers and move on, he actually explains why the answer is correct" My son went on to pass the 11+. One outstanding feature of ETS's teaching is their willingness to see the child if he came a little early for his next tutorial in order to get a little extra help from the tutor if he was struggling with a particular problem in his homework schedule. My son reported: "Communication from the tutor was very clear, excellent in fact."
Knowledgeable, skilled tutors. They keep you updated on your childs progress. If you request further progress updates or need advice how to support your child, they take time to speak to you in person. Mock exams arranged were very useful so my child experienced exam conditions helping her cope during the exam. Highly effective tuition centre. I would definitely recommend.
My daughter was struggling to catch up after the pandemic and unfortunately was moved from top set maths to foundation at the end of year 9. Through a friend who informed me of ETS in Great Barr and gave positive feedback for both of his children that had previously attended I did not hesitate to enrol my daughter. The service was fantastic from start to finish, she did both Maths and English classess and there were vast improvements in a short space of time; my daughter began gaining her confidence back. She is quite shy and never felt pressured or put on the spot to answer questions in the lessons. The staff were always polite and helpful and responded to any of my enquiries within a timely manner. My daughter recently received her GCSE exams and past all her exams gaining highest in English language and English literature, she scored well above the cut off foundation maths mark which we were really proud of. I am very grateful for all the support provided and bringing my daughter leaps and bounds through her academic journey thus far. She has now gained a successful place at sixth form.
