A*-Maths Tuition

I recently took my 8-year-old daughter for a private maths session, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews that led me to book in the first place. Right at the start, the tutor she asked me to leave the room. I explained that since I’m paying for the lesson, I wanted to observe and make sure my daughter felt comfortable. Throughout the session, she was noticeably impatient with my daughter. Her tone was sharp and at times sounded angry, which is not appropriate for a young child who’s there to learn. At one point she even snapped a pencil out of frustration. My daughter looked frightened, and that alone told me everything I needed to know. This is not the kind of environment or teaching style suitable for an 8-year-old. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend her.

An extremely talented teacher who is patient and approachable. Our son enjoyed his sessions immensely and improved the depth of his understanding of maths in year 13. Thank you so much. Happy to recommend.🌟🌟🌟🌟
